As a former employee of the Tennessee Department of Human Services, Bryson Eubanks brings a wealth of experience to Elder Law Practice. As Public Benefits Specialist, he guides clients through every step of the application process for a variety of public benefits, including Medicaid.
Before joining Elder Law Practice, Bryson spent 18 months as an Eligibility Counselor for the Tennessee Department of Human Services office in Lebanon, TN where he helped determine client eligibility for Families First, Food Stamps, Medicaid and other government-sponsored benefit programs. He also worked as Administrator-In-Training at Spring Arbor of Hickory, a long-term care facility in Hickory, NC and completed an internship at Life Care of Jefferson City where he planned activities that enhanced quality of life for residents. Bryson earned a Master of Arts degree in Gerontology from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN.
Bryson became interested in helping elders after watching his family struggle to care for his great-grandmother during her last years. He decided to dedicate his career to gerontology after completing and internship at a nursing home during college. He is passionate about helping the elderly and their families enjoy the best possible quality of life.
In his free time, Bryson enjoys basketball and flag football.
