Prepare for your consultation.  CLICK HERE to access the documents you will need to prepare for your first meeting. 

Attend the First Meeting with family decision makers.  We will review your situation, identify your loved one's position on the ELDER CARE CONTINUUM and discuss your options.  The cost for this initial consultation is $250. If you choose to move forward, this fee will be applied to the cost of the services that are right for you.
