The Elder Law Practice of Timothy L. Takacs is staffed with experts who are ready to meet your needs. Our staff includes:
- One Certified Elder Law Attorney
- Eight non-legal employees, including a Medicare and health insurance specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the field
- Three Elder Care Coordinators (two are Registered Nurses and one is a Certified Master Social Worker)
- One public benefits specialist who assists clients in the Medicaid application process
