In her 26 years as a Registered Nurse, Patsy Gentry has served in a wide range of roles including medical/surgical, critical care and home health care nursing. She spent 10 years as Director of Nursing in custodial care facilities in Michigan and Tennessee.
Prior to joining the Elder Law Practice in 2005, Patsy spent her last four years with the Upper Cumberland Area Agency on Aging where she served as Manager for Home and Community Based Services. In this capacity, Patsy contributed to the development and initial implementation of the new statewide Medicaid Waiver for Home and Community Based Services. She enrolled the first person in the new Tennessee program.
Patsy works primarily out of our Cookeville, Tennessee, office as an Elder Care Coordinator. She provides client counseling, support and advocacy along with education and individualized coordination of services.
Patsy has her A.A.S. degree in Nursing from the Macomb Community College in Clinton Township, Michigan.
