Jennifer provides legal support to Takacs McGinnis attorneys in estate planning and probate matters. She meets with clients, handles document signings, and coordinates other activities related to client cases. Jennifer brings more than a decade of paralegal experience to the Takacs McGinnis team.

 

Born and raised in California, Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from Everest University. After graduation, she spent seven years working for a law firm where she provided paralegal and administrative support on estate planning and probate cases. Following a stint as a full-time mom—and relocation to Tennessee—Jennifer worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for a consulting firm, and then as a paralegal for an elder law firm before joining Takacs McGinnis in 2023.

Jennifer’s first impression of Takacs McGinnis was a positive one. “On the day that I interviewed for the position, I could feel a really nice vibe in the office,” she said. “Working for this firm gives me the opportunity to assist more people in planning for their future than I have been able to help in the past. That is important to me.”

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys taking her three daughters to parks, reading, and traveling.
