As one of the firm’s paralegals, Sara Barbour provides legal support to attorneys in estate planning, trust, and asset protection matters. She meets with clients, handles document signings, and coordinates the activities needed to complete the set-up and funding of trusts.

Sara is a Gallatin native who graduated from the paralegal program at Volunteer State Community College. She brings eight years of paralegal experience to the firm. Sara appreciates helping families form a comprehensive estate plan that helps to mitigate the risks of an unforeseeable future. 

When she is not assisting Takacs McGinnis clients, Sara enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children.
