TEAM TIDBITS: Three Staff Members Receive Honors

Updated: Oct 7

Three Takacs McGinnis staff members have been honored in the last few months.

Tim Takacs Named to Best Lawyers List

Attorney and founding partner Tim Takacs celebrates his sixteenth year to be included in The Best Lawyers of America ® 2022 in the field of elder law. Since it was first published in 1983, Best Lawyers® has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Best Lawyers lists are compiled based on an exhaustive peer-review evaluation. For the 2022 edition of The Best Lawyers in America©, 9.4 million votes were analyzed, which resulted in almost 67,000 leading lawyers in 145 practice areas being included in the new edition. Lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed; inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor.

Chris Johnson Selected for Best Lawyers® Ones To Watch list

For the second year in a row, Chris Johnson, attorney and partner at Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law, PLLC, has been selected by his peers to be included in the 2022 Best Lawyers® Ones To Watch list in the field of elder law and trusts and estates. Best Lawyers® Ones To Watch awards are recognitions given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice in the United States. All honors are based on peer-review.
