Segment 3

Cheri Crowley, Executive Director of HighPoint Hospice, joins Tim and Barbara to talk about the role of hospice in end-of-life planning.

 

Segment 4

Tim and Barbara discuss the spiritual aspects of advance care planning and end-of-life decision making with Rebecca Hixson, R.N., Palliative Care Nurse and the founder of the Vanderbilt Vigil Volunteers program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center; and Matthew Frierdich, Palliative Care Chaplain at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

 

Segment 5

Elder Care Coordinator Debra King joins Tim and Barbara to talk about the practical aspects of helping clients make decisions about end-of-life care.
