As the firm’s Intake Specialist, Crystal Santi, takes calls from prospective clients and helps them decide whether there is a mutual fit between their needs and the services Johnson McGinnis provides. Crystal also schedules appointments, follows up with prospects, and oversees the firm’s intake data collection system. 
 
Crystal joins Johnson McGinnis Elder Care Law & Estate Planning with 20 years of experience in legal settings. She brings her experience and warm demeanor to help the people who call the firm identify what they need.
 
During her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with family and friends. She along with her friends host several events every year raising money for non-profit organizations like Gildas Club, Toys for Tots.  and Vanderbilt Children’s hospital just to name a few.
