As one of the firm’s paralegals, Sam provides legal support to attorneys in estate planning, trust, and asset protection matters. He meets with clients, handles document signings, and coordinates the activities needed to complete the set-up and funding of trusts. 
 
Sam earned his degrees in Sociology and Criminology From Kansas State University. Prior to joining Johnson McGinnis, Sam was a District Loss Prevention Coach for Dicks Sporting Goods Nashville Market specializing in Asset Protection, Staff Safety Coordination, and Inventory Management.
 
In his free time Sam enjoys spending time with his two sons Sammy and Nathaniel. He loves to hunt, fish and kayak in the beautiful landscape of Middle Tennessee.
