Erin Keogh-Rankin, MA, CMC, EOLD

Elder Care Coordinator

As an Elder Care Coordinator and End-of-Life Doula, Erin guides families through the challenging questions and decisions that can arise with aging and disability.

Erin brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with extensive expertise in business development, mental health crisis management, and end-of-life care. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication from Loyola University Chicago and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Nashville. Erin has also served as an adjunct faculty member in psychology at The Art Institute of Nashville.

 

A Certified Care Manager, Erin expanded her professional training by earning an End-of-Life Doula certification from the University of Vermont, further strengthening her ability to support clients and families during life’s most challenging transitions.

 

Outside of her professional work, Erin is active in her faith community. Most weekends, she can be found in Bowling Green, Kentucky, serving as a cantor and choir member at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, where her husband, Bill, is the Music Director.
