As an Elder Care Coordinator, Janel walks alongside families through the long-term care journey, providing guidance, encouragement, thoughtful counsel, and access to key resources while advocating for their needs every step of the way.

Janel brings more than 20 years of experience working with the elderly and their families to the Johnson McGinnis team.  Her background as a nursing facility liaison gives her a unique understanding of the challenges seniors and families face across the full continuum of care.

When she’s not supporting clients, Janel enjoys short road trips with her husband, discovering small towns across Tennessee.
