to support you at every stage of your journey, as outlined below.

HELPLINE AND EXPERT SUPPORT

Our free Helpline (1-800-4PD-INFO) is staffed by nurses, social workers, and trained specialists who provide personalized support in both English and Spanish. Whether you need help finding a local specialist, understanding symptoms, or navigating the emotional challenges of Parkinson's, the Helpline is here to help.

EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND WEBINARS

We offer an extensive library of free publications, fact sheets, and videos on topics such as symptom management, medication, exercise, and nutrition. Our educational programs—like PD Health @ Home and live webinars—connect individuals with medical experts and provide practical tools for living well with PD.

CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE AND LOCAL RESOURCES

The Parkinson's Foundation Centers of Excellence are a global network of leading medical centers recognized for providing expert, multidisciplinary care. In addition to treatment, these centers offer support groups, wellness programs, and access to clinical trials.

CARE PARTNER AND FAMILY SUPPORT

Parkinson's affects more than just the person diagnosed. That's why we provide dedicated resources for care partners and families, including guides, online communities, and support groups, to reduce isolation and caregiver burnout and to promote well-being for everyone involved.

COMMUNITY EVENTS AND MOVING DAY

Our signature fundraising event, Moving Day, is a powerful celebration of movement and community. More than just a walk, Moving Day brings together families, friends, and healthcare professionals to raise awareness and support. Funds raised directly impact local programs, education, research, and care services.

RESEARCH AND CLINICAL TRIALS

We are committed to finding a cure. One of our key initiatives, PD GENEration: Mapping the Future of Parkinson's Disease, is a groundbreaking study offering free genetic testing and counseling to people diagnosed with PD. Participants can join online using a home blood collection kit or enroll at a participating clinical site. Not only does the study advance research, but it also provides valuable insights for participants about their genetic makeup and family risk factors. To learn more or participate, visit Parkinson.org/PDGENEration, or contact your enrollment site or our Helpline at 1-800-4PD-INFO (1-800-473-4636).

Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or supporting a loved one, the Parkinson's Foundation is here to help you live your best life with Parkinson's.
